Senator Shower, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent Uniform                                                                
Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 92 "An Act relating to                                                                     
contributions from permanent fund dividends to the general fund" for                                                            
the State Affairs Committee meeting on April 4. Without objection, it
